***A few things to remember while shopping Walgreens - You have to have an equal number of items vs. coupons. Register Rewards count as coupons when doing so.. If you are using a coupon on an item, if you want to use a RR also, you will need another item. Also, if you buy more than 1 of the item, it will still only print 1 register reward per transaction, so you need to buy them separately. You can also not use a register reward from an item.. on the same item and product another register reward. You can still use it as payment, but no register reward will print the second time.***

To keep out of pocket as low as possible, you will need multiple transactions (unless you are starting with RR). I would start with the items that you have coupons for.. then, use the RR that are created from those items on the items that you do NOT have coupons for.
